Welcome to Natalie Kube’s  on-line store. Please ensure you read through all of her terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By visiting the Natalie Kube website and / or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below.

It is important to note that prices, specifications, availability and terms of offers may change without notice. The up to date prices and promotions will be validated at the time your order is placed and processed. These terms and conditions form part of any quotation and/or contract. By purchasing goods from Natalie Kube  you are bound and agree to these Terms and Conditions within. 

“Natalie Kube,” “I”, “She” “our”, or "we"  is used to refer to the Natalie Kube as a business – ABN – 76 440 307 369 and the pieces made by Natalie Kube .

The "purchaser" or "you" is used to refer to the individual, company and/or legal entity to which this document applies.  In line with normal procedure, please note that the below terms and conditions may change or be updated and you will not be directly notified. It may be wise to read through the below information each time a new order is placed.

Collection, use and privacy policy

Natalie Kube will only collect personal information that is necessary for the operation of one or more of her functions or business activities. The types of information that will be collected will usually be some or all of the following: your name, address, phone number, email address and credit card details.

Protecting your privacy is important and the main purposes for which we collect your personal information will include: processing and recording of sales transactions, placement of customer orders, mailing list membership (to inform you of sales / promotions / latest product developments), query and complaint handling and general business correspondences.

Disclosure

The information that we collect from you is strictly confidential. We will not reveal, disclose, sell, share or pass information on to any third parties other than those contracted to Natalie Kube such as credit card companies and freight companies.

Ordering

A confirmation email will be sent to you confirming your order once it has been received and registered by Natalie. Once an order has been placed through the secure PayPal checkout system, it is unable to be cancelled or changed.

Payment

When purchasing from Natalie Kube you can be sure she considers the security of your financial details to be of paramount importance that is why she has chosen PayPal to process your transaction. PayPal is the online transaction industry leader with a loss rate of less than 0.5% which exceeds almost all financial institutions. We do not collect credit card information. That information is securely transmitted through PayPal.  You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser.

Payment can also be made via direct deposit into the specified Natalie Kube account. Details will be provided on request.

Pricing

All prices are in Australian Dollars

Prices do not include any postage or handling charges.

Alternatively if you prefer to give Natalie your credit card details to process over the phone contact Natalie on 0415 407 333.

Delivery

Natalie prefers to use Toll Priority Overnight Couriers (as this is trackable) but also has the option of Standard Mail (free shipping) within Australia.

Please note that items sent via standard mail (free shipping) are not trackable and loss in transit is not covered by Natalie Kube and the risk and responsibility for this postage method is taken by the customer when order placed.

Once orders have been confirmed and payment had been received, orders will made be sent within 5-10 working days.

International customers will expect a delivery time may take between 15 – 20 working days depending on the method of postage chosen. Express mail will incur extra charges, please contact natalie@nataliekube.com.au for international shipping charges.

Refund Policy

Please choose carefully as no refunds will be given unless merchandise is faulty.

Natalie takes great pride in making her pieces and takes every effort to ensure items are of the highest quality. In the event that you feel you have received an item which you think is unsuitable due to faulty manufacturing please contact Natalie directly on contact@nataliekube.com.au or on 0415 407 333.

Goods need to be returned unworn, in their original condition, with all original packaging.

If the item is deemed to be faulty by Natalie Kube a full refund or a credit note will be issued at the customer’s choice. The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage and any additional postage and handling costs incurred by delivery of the new item. The original postage and handling charges are not refundable. Natalie Kube takes no responsibility for returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit. To ensure that your returned item arrives safely, please use a registered postal service.

Please choose carefully and utilise your advantage of time shopping online with careful consideration as no credit will be issued for change of mind.

Warranty

Warranties extend to manufacturing faults only . The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear and the warranty expires 6 months after the sale of the item.

Custom Made Pieces

Please contact Natalie with regards to a custom made piece. We require a 50% deposit on all custom made orders with the balance payable on completion.

Once an order has been placed it cannot be cancelled as great care has been taken to design the piece to your requirements. For this reason the finished product cannot be returned or exchanged. If you do change your mind regarding any details, Natalie will be happy to make any necessary changes, but please be aware that any changes made after the order has been placed will be at your expense.

Natalie Kube refuses to copy or replicate other jeweller’s designs.

Ring Sizes

Natalie Kube can only advise on the recommended ring size for a customer. It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct size that will be comfortable in all temperatures. Remembering that fingers do swell larger in warm or humid weather and are smaller in cold weather. Every person is different.

In the case of a customer requesting the resize of a ring, charges will apply according to the ring, and the complexity of the design.

Natalie Kube cannot take responsibility for incorrect choice of size and any cost associated with resizing or remaking the ring will be the responsibility of the customer. The customer agrees to all charges associated with requesting a resize.

Intellectual Property

Reproduction of part or all of the contents in any form of the Website is prohibited unless written authorisation has been obtained by Natalie Kube. Unless otherwise noted, all materials on this Website are protected as the copyright, trademarks and/or other intellectual properties owned by Natalie Kube this includes photocopying and scanning.
